Great, friendly place to get your boba. I've been wanting to get drinks from Bubble Tea Express for a while and am very glad that I had the opportunity. The store is much more updated than Waku Waku (I think?), also in Windsor.
Pluses:
- Strawberry flavored tea has just the right amount of sweetness
- Bubbles actually taste like honey (!!!!)...I haven't found that anywhere else in Michigan. Plus they have the perfect consistency.
- Accepts US cash!

Awesome bubble tea, some of the best I've had, is tempered by slllllllllloooooooooooooooooooooowwwwww service and crappy parking. I'm a fan of the taro flavor and I get extra bubbles. They accept US cash, yea!

This is amazing! Get the taro coconut flavor, the tapioca is warm and the drink is cold. Crazy!

This review is solely on the horrible service, which is sad considering the bubble tea might be my favourite in Windsor. Me and my friend entered some time early in the evening, and there was only 1 person ahead of us in line. There was only one staff member working apparently, who was a very young girl that I've seen doing homework in the back on previous visits. After making the customers order ahead of us we approached the counter expecting to be greeted and asked our order. Instead the worker began talking to a customer seated around the corner in their language, ignoring us. She then proceeded to walk by us without even saying "hi" or "I'll be with you in a moment" into the back kitchen area and began fiddling around with giant tubs of stuff, stirring things, coming back out and talking to this customer, going back into the kitchen and mixing bowls without even acknowledging us. By this point it had been about 15 mins. We really wanted bubble tea (had walked a few blocks in high heels), so we waited some more. After about 30 mins still without ANY acknowledgement from the worker whatsoever we finally left, just as 2 customers were walking in. We told them not to expect any service and walked out. Working in customer service myself I understand the difficulties of being short staffed or whatever but the complete lack of even a "hello" while we waited & zero explanation for being ignored as we stood and waited is pretty unacceptable.

Very friendly people with a great shop. I would definitely come here again! Only issue was that it was dimly lit and I had a hard time reading the different types of drinks.
